Welcome to the Emotional Wellness and finding your Sacred Self. This is a 5 Week, 2 hour, online via Zoom 2 hour session Woman's Group. The focus to come and learn the Mind, Body, and the Sacred Self. We will learn about emotions and how they impact your life. Then there is a strong resistance to change and we will look at how that is effecting you and your goal setting. We all wish to have healthy and loving relationship, and working with managing conflict. Then the creation begins, working with small, medium, large, and life goals.
As the facilitator, there is support, questions, gains and assistance provided. I also support before, during and after the 5 weeks. This journey of life has many questions, and we can learn how to answer them.
There is a strong spiritual component and utilizing the skills of releasing from the Sedona Method and learning tools to manage daily emotions that are impacting your life. A basis is the foundation of Sacred Self knowledge and body mind and spirit connection. Training and reflection journal to be provided.
